THE BRIEF

Fruix Storage are based at Fruix Farm near Kinross and provide storage solutions for individuals and businesses with their storage containers. The family approached Social Ant with the goal of enhancing their booking system.

They required a new website to suit the modernisation of their storage container units and services. This includes embedding their explainer video and providing a shop for their customers to purchase extras like padlocks.

THE APPROACH

The main call to action of their existing website was to ask customers to call or send an email. However, this is often impractical and takes time to create a booking manually. Therefore, a digital solution was required.

A booking system that is simple to use for customers to complete online, with optional extras selectable and syncable container calendars to automatically monitor availability for each different sized unit. Plus a size estimator tool, according to their storage preferences.

THE RESULT

Fruix Storage have now saved lots of administrative time by implementing this system. One of the key aspects is that it automatically emails customers their booking confirmation and sends reminders when their booking is coming to an end with the choice to extend. Customer data is automatically synced with their invoicing software so customers can be issued invoices and customers can be subscribed to payments automatically too.
